Prohibited Persons

One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, family, or household. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated funds.
Account Registration and Security
The information you provide at registration must be complete, accurate, truthful, and up to date. We reserve the right to close accounts if false or incomplete information is provided.

Financial Transactions and Payments
bdt365 supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Taka (BDT / ৳). The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonus and promotional offers from bdt365 are subject to the conditions stated below. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if any condition is breached.
Welcome Bonus
100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 20x must be met to receive the bonus.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳62,000.
- The bonus applies only to a new member's first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP and Cashback Program
The bdt365 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and participation on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. bdt365 reserves the right to immediately close an account and forfeit all funds if these prohibitions are violated.
- Using bots, automation software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources through this platform.
- Attempting to hack account or payment information through fraudulent means.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.
- Exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain rather than reporting it to us.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
bdt365 believes in responsible gaming. We provide various tools to help protect our members so they can manage their own gaming activity.
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through our support team.
Temporary Break
If you want to take a break for a period of time, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set duration through our support team.
Self-Exclusion
You can apply for permanent or long-term self-exclusion from bdt365. Once this decision takes effect, re-registration will not be possible.

Reasons for Account Closure
- A member may close their account at their own request.
- We may close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the Terms.
- An account may be suspended due to extended inactivity.
